Promoted benign development of charity industry, from the capital and material to the model and human, it brought new resources to public organizations, and promoted charity research, launched an international charity exchanges and explored training system and personnel training mode of charity, and provided platforms and opportunities for cooperation of charity project. By the end of 2016, it has developed 41 projects in this area, such as “The Charity Plan of a thousand people——Lao Niu Institute”, “East-West Charity Forum”, “Launched China Global Philanthropy Institute” and so on, and the accumulated public welfare expenditure is nearly 170 million yuan.
